4. Gerageza kugabanya ibiro.


Abahanga mubyindwara bagaragaje ko abantu bafite ibiro byinci ( Abantu babyibushye cyane), bafite amahirwe menci yo kurwara diyabeti kurusha abantu bafite ibiro bigerereye.

6. Gabanya kwicara cyane.
